Which payment methods can I use ?

On our website you can use only the PayPal payment method. We choose this way because PayPal is safe, secure and fast.

How can I pay through PayPal?

First, you must have a PayPal Account, if you don't have one you can go to and create one, is easy. Then you link your credit or debit card to your PayPal account and you are ready to go.

How do I place an order?

When you’ve found a product you like, make sure you check product specifications such as size and color. You can also find more detailed information, such as sizing tables, if you go to Size guide page. When you’re ready to place your order, you can click “Add to Cart” and continue to the checkout.

Can I return an item for an exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. So, please double check your fulfillment when you select your product to buy, select the right color and the right measure of your chosen product.

Why was the wrong amount deducted from my account?

Please note we only charge user the value in order confirmation page and no extra money will be received. If extra money has been deducted from your account, it may due to: exchange rate change, service fee or transaction fee charged by payment provider. If you still have concern about this value, please contact us.

Why has my order been closed?

Sometimes orders are closed for security reasons. If you received an email from us please follow the instructions here. If you do not receive an email, you can try to place the order again later.

My order has been closed. When will I get my refund?

If your paid order has been closed/cancelled, your payment will be refunded to your account. This normally takes about 3 to 20 working days. Please wait patiently to receive it in your account.
